We fabricate in our workshop in Burgas, deliver with our own trucks, and erect and connect on site with our own crews and mobile cranes, also inside operating plants.

Steel structures

Structural steel for process plants and industrial buildings, fabricated in our Burgas workshop and erected by our own crews. Components are CE-⁠marked to EN 1090 and executed up to EXC3.

  • Pipe racks, platforms, stairs and steel frames for process units
  • Industrial halls and building frames
  • Trestles and handling structures
  • Welded steel chimneys, CE-⁠marked to EXC3
  • Trial assembly before dispatch
  • Capacity of 80–⁠100 t per month, with CNC profile drilling, profile cutting up to 323 × 600 mm and in-line sandblasting

Pressure vessels, reactors and tanks

We manufacture, repair and install reactors, pressure vessels and tanks in carbon and stainless steel. Each pressure item is verified by a notified body under PED, Module G.

  • Reactors for chemical plants

  • Storage and sump tanks
  • U-⁠collectors and other pressure parts
  • Repair and reconstruction of pressure vessels and boilers (registered with the Bulgarian State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision, DAMTN)
  • Plate rolling up to 2.5 m wide and 18 mm thick, laser cutting of stainless steel up to 40 mm

Process and pressure piping

Process, thermal-oil and pressure piping. We prefabricate the spools in our workshop, then erect and tie them in on site, including tie-ins to existing lines inside operating plants.

  • Spool prefabrication in the workshop, 30–⁠40 t per month
  • Automatic orbital pipe welding up to Ø 610 mm
  • Insulated process piping and pipe racks
  • Thermal-oil piping for biomass boilers
  • Tie-ins to existing lines in operating plants
  • Repair and reconstruction of steam, hot-water, oil and gas pipelines (registered with DAMTN)

Plant equipment and ducts

Air and flue-gas ducts, hoppers, electrofilter packages, combustion chambers and heat-exchange surfaces. We build them in our workshop to EN 1090 (EXC3) or PED Module G, depending on the item, and ship them as oversized loads where needed.

  • Electrofilter tube packages in stainless steel
  • Furnace combustion chambers with full material traceability
  • Heat exchangers, economizers and convective packages
  • Boiler heating surfaces and finned-tube panels
  • Laser cutting up to 50 mm, plasma cutting up to 25 mm and oxy-fuel cutting up to 120 mm in carbon steel

Electrical and I&C

We carry out electrical and I&C works as a separate package or as part of a complete scope: hook-up of field instruments, control cabinets, cabling and upgrades of existing control systems.

Site erection

Our own crews and cranes erect what we build, and also equipment supplied by others, in operating refineries, chemical plants and power plants. Our safety system is certified to ISO 45001 and we are entered in the Central Professional Register of the Builder.

Typical scope

  • Erection of steel structures, equipment and piping
  • Installation and tie-in of process equipment in operating plants
  • Replacement of reactors, for example at a nitric acid plant
  • Blasting, painting and fireproofing on site
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning
  • Our own mobile cranes (80 t, 35 t and 2 × 15 t), trucks (40 t and 15 t) and two aerial lift platforms

How a project runs

We agree the drawings, standards and inspection and test plan with you before fabrication starts, and your inspectors can attend the hold and witness points. The equipment is handed over with material traceability records, the DoC or DoP and the CE marking where it applies.
