Our workshop in Burgas

We cut, form, weld and blast steel in our own facility, commissioned in 2020, with an open production yard next to it.

How an order moves through our shop

The usual sequence for equipment that we fabricate, deliver and erect ourselves.

  1. Engineering review

We review the drawings and standards with you and agree the inspection and test plan before fabrication starts.

    Send drawings for review
  2. Cutting, rolling and welding

Laser cutting up to 50 mm, plasma cutting up to 25 mm, oxy-fuel cutting up to 120 mm, CNC drilling and plate rolling. Welding is coordinated to EN ISO 3834-2.

    Machine park
  3. Inspection and testing

Hold and witness points are open to your inspectors. For PED items, the notified body takes part as well.

    Certificates and quality control
  4. Reactor R-40, 50 t, on a multi-axle lowbed

    Oversized transport

Oversized loads go on lowbeds, for example the 50 t Reactor R-40 and the sections of a furnace combustion chamber. Standard loads go on our own trucks.

Reactor R-40 for a chemical plant
  5. Electrofilter body during erection at a wood processing plant in Spain

    Site erection

Our own crews and cranes erect the equipment and make the tie-ins on site. We also work inside operating refineries, chemical and power plants.

Pressure equipment and electrofilter for a wood processing plant
  6. Insulated horizontal vessel loaded on a trailer for dispatch

    Handover documents

Material traceability records and the DoC or DoP are handed over with the equipment, with the CE marking where PED or EN 1090 applies.
